The Cyclin 'Portugal of Melgaço is located at the Porta de Lamas de Mouro, one of the 5 entrance gates of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, inserted in a wide leisure area, framed in a paradisiacal natural environment, with several leisure spaces, rest, bath and snacks, a set of infrastructure and support equipment (toilets / changing rooms, camping site, etc.)

The MTB Center of Melgaço has five routes, correctly marked, with different levels of difficulty, in an extension of 170 km.

This Center includes a network of municipal facilities dedicated to the preservation and promotion of local identity, reception and support for visitors to Melgaço.

Melgaço is the most radical natural destination in Portugal. Here is the place where you can practice the most challenging sports of nature, river and mountain throughout the year, experiencing an exquisite Alvarinho wine, in a friendly and welcoming environment. Circular route accessible to all practitioners of the sport or anyone who intends to start mountain biking. It develops through the leisure area surrounding the mountain bike center, in a paradisiacal natural environment integrated in the area of the Peneda Gerês National Park.

Route with a small initial and common end section and circular central part. Moderate route through the plateau of Castro Laboreiro with entrance in the place of Portelinha, exit in the place of Rodeiro and passing through several "brandas" of Castro Laboreiro. Integrated route in the area of the Peneda Gerês National Park.

Circular route, beginning coinciding with P2, through the Castro Laboreiro plateau, leaving for Rodeiro and passing through the Alto da Fecha single track, towards Vila de Castro Laboreiro, rising a level of difficulty due to various short technical sectors duration. Integrated route in the area of the Peneda Gerês National Park.

8 form course very demanding at a technical level, starting coinciding with P2 and P3. It develops by the total extension of the Castro Laboreiro plateau with entry in the place of Portelinha and exit by the "branda" of Portos. Passing through the "branda" of Padrosouro, "Inverneiras" of Cainheiras and Varziela towards Vila de Castro Laboreiro. Route with high landscape and heritage interest integrated in the area of the Peneda Gerês National Park.

Circular route through various types of trails including technical sections and with a great slope. It develops in an area of the municipality with a diverse patrimonial wealth (Mamoa do Batateiro, Branda da Aveleira, Covelo, Mourim, Fiães Monastery). Very demanding course at a physical and technical level.
