From Lisbon: Take the A1 north and then enter the A23 (Exit 7: Abrantes, Castelo Branco, Torres Novas). After passing Covilhã, exit the highway (Exit 32: N18-3 Caria, EN 233 Sabugal). After passing the old bridge of Caria turn left, entering a small variant to this village. Then turn left again, on the EN 18-3 and then on the EN233 until Sabugal.
From Porto: Follow the A1 towards south and then enter the A25 (exit 16: Viseu). Just after Guarda city, exit the A25 (Exit 30: Guarda-sul, Covilhã, Portalegre) and a few kilometres later exit the A23 and enter the E.N. 233 towards Sabugal (Exit 35: Guarda-sul, Sabugal)

Circular route with beginning and end at the MTB Center. It is the easiest route in the center. Accessible to all practitioners of the sport. It is developed near the Sabugal dam.

The route also goes through Quadrazais, Souto, Pouca Farinha and Cardeal. The trail goes along the Côa River until its end, in the MTB Centre.

Circular route with beginning and end at the MTB Centre. It is a difficult route, which develops to northwest of Sabugal. It passes through Sortelha, Quarta-Feira, Sobreira, Pousafoles do Bispo and Baraçal. This trail is largely common with the black trail, serving as an escape for those who want to leave the more difficult route.

Circular route with beginning and end at the MTB Center . It is a very difficult route and a good physical preparation is recommended. It passes in Sortelha, Quarta-Feira, Pena Lobo, Pousafoles do Bispo, Vila do Touro, Rapoula do Côa, with a climb to Senhora das Preces, always continuing along the Côa River until its end in the MTB Center.
