Located in the village of Gestosa, just two and a half kilometers from the county seat, Santa Comba Dão, the Cyclin'Portugal Princesa do Dão is framed in the beautiful and diverse region of Dão.

Aimed at lovers of cycling and sports in contact with nature, this infrastructure aims to promote the identity of the territory, based on the alliance between natural beauty, heritage and culture.

Aimed at individual practitioners, groups and families, Cyclin'Portugal Princesa do Dão is made up of 6 circuits duly signposted and planned in order to create 4 different levels of difficulty. In all, there are 100 kilometers of cycle trails, which cross the forest, riverside areas, villages and bridges, historic centres, viewpoints and points of heritage interest. All this in the center of a Beira with identity and pride; in Santa Comba Dão, our princess of Dão!

Well-equipped with support infrastructures, the Cyclin Center makes an information panel, toilets, changing rooms and bicycle service station available to practitioners.

Promoting the diversity of the territory, attracting tourists based on a clear commitment to the walking and cycling segment, and the enhancement of space and rural heritage are among the objectives of the promoters of the initiative: Centro Cultural Recreativo e Social da Gestosa / Municipality of Santa Comba Dão.

THE GESTOSA VILLAGE ROUTE provides an opportunity for cyclists to contact with the first mountain biking experiences. The Circular route of very low difficulty, which is able to be used by the whole family, develops in the Gestosa Village, providing the crossing of forest and urban areas, ending at the green park.

THE GESTOSA TRAILS ROUTE, provides the opportunity for mountain bike lovers, to contact with a route of low technical and physical difficulty. This route is circular, able to be used by the whole family. It develops in the Gestosa Village and Treixedo traveling mostly dirt roads, providing a pleasant visit to the agricultural lands of these villages. The final part has a walkway in the green park of Gestosa, a place that can provide pleasant inviting family picnic experiences.

THE GRANJAL SLOPES ROUTE, provides the opportunity for all mountain bikers to enjoy a course of low-medium physical and technical difficulty. This route is circular, for low frequency users. It develops mostly in the Gestosa Village and Granjal, crossing the slopes of the Dão River with passage through the Ecopista do Dão. Users of this route will have the privilege of the most beautiful landscapes of Dão.

THE SANTA COMBA DÃO TRAILS ROUTE, provides the opportunity for all mountain bikers to enjoy a course of medium physical and technical difficulty. This route is circular, with passage through single tracks, with a more technical approach. It develops mostly in the Gestosa Village and Vila Pouca, Couto do Mosteiro, traveling through the riverside and agricultural areas of our region. Users of this route will have the privilege of the most beautiful landscapes of the pasture fields, associated with the streams.

It develops mainly in the Gestosa Village, Treixedo, Nagozela, São Joaninho and Couto do Mosteiro, traveling through the most beautiful granite slabs of our region, associated with our landscape balance of background with the images of the Dão River and our Ecopista do Dão.
